Dashboard
The dashboard is your home base after signing in. From here you manage Rooms, review usage, and access account settings.
Rooms
Each Room is a named broadcast space with its own stable room ID and bookmarkable Live URL.
When you create an account, OmniWord adds a default room named {Church name} Main (for example, Grace Community Church Main).

Room rows show status (Ready, In Use, or Live), the Start button, and the ⋮ menu grouped on the right.
Create one room per venue or campus. Each room has an independent Live URL and session history.
Usage summary
The Translation Usage widget shows your current month's billable time. On Pro / Premium it also shows progress against included Language-Hours. On On-Demand it shows time used (and estimated cost) without a progress bar — there is no fixed monthly allotment. Click View full usage to open the detailed usage report under Account & Billing.
Plan and balance
The Plan & Billing card shows your current tier, price (monthly or yearly), prepaid / overage credit, next billing date, and overage rate. Click Manage plan to open the Plan tab in Account (PIN-protected when a PIN is set).
New accounts start with $20 promotional credit (expires in 30 days). Rates: $4/hour per active language on On-Demand and Pro overage; $3/hour on Premium overage. See Account & Billing for monthly vs yearly pricing.
PIN protection
Protect sensitive account pages with a 4-digit PIN:
- On the dashboard, open the Account PIN widget and click Set PIN.
- Enter a 4-digit PIN and save.
- Profile and Plan & balance lock after 15 minutes of inactivity until you re-enter the PIN. Usage and Settings stay available without unlocking.
You can change or remove the PIN from the same dashboard widget.
Navigation
The top bar provides:
- Dashboard — room list and overview (home)
- Live — open a room to run translation
- Sermon History — past session transcripts
- Help — in-app quick reference
Open Account from the user menu (your name in the header). Account includes Profile, Plan & balance, Usage, and Settings (Screens & Broadcast + Dictionary).
