Account & Billing

Open My Account from the user menu (your name in the header). The page heading is My Account; from there use the tabs for Profile, Plan & balance, Usage, or Settings (Screens & Broadcast + Dictionary). Profile and Plan & balance may require a PIN if you've enabled one on the dashboard. Usage and Settings stay available without unlocking the PIN.

Profile

Update your display name and church/organization name. These appear in the app header and live screen.

Password & sign-in

• Change your login password from the Profile tab
• Google-linked accounts can add a password for email sign-in
• Accounts with both Google and email/password can use either method

PIN

Set, change, or remove your 4-digit account PIN from Dashboard → Account PIN. The PIN locks Profile and Plan & balance. After 15 minutes of inactivity you must re-enter it. Usage and Settings stay unlocked.

Delete account

At the bottom of Profile click Delete my account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. You can recover by signing in again within that window. Sign-up credits ($20) and VIP trials are limited to one per person and are not re-issued if you create a new account later. Type DELETE to confirm, then click Confirm Deletion.

Screens & Broadcast

Open My Account → Settings → Screens & Broadcast for one-time screen-caption delivery (per room):

• Web Overlay URL — Target 1 / Target 2 links; Open window for a caption-only browser, or paste into ProPresenter Prop web objects, OBS Browser Source, or vMix Browser Input
• Size and Send Test Message for each target
• ProPresenter Direct — push captions into Message tokens {Lang1} / {Lang2} from the operator browser on the same PC as ProPresenter

Plan & balance

The Plan tab has three parts: balance / included time, billing management, and plan comparison.

Switch between Monthly and Yearly on the plan cards before checkout. Yearly billing is charged once per year at the discounted monthly-equivalent rate.

All plans include live translation, congregant QR viewer pages, and usage reporting. Custom dictionary is available on Pro and Premium (see Custom Dictionary).

Language-Hours

Included allotments are Language-Hours, not wall-clock hours. Example: 1 language × 10 hours = 10 Language-Hours; 2 languages × 5 hours = 10 Language-Hours. See How usage is calculated.

Billing model

• Base rate (On-Demand / Pro overage): $4 USD per hour per active language
• Premium overage: $3 USD per hour per active language
• Active languages = operator output language(s) + connected viewer languages during active speech
• Prepaid balance: New accounts start with $20 promotional credit
• Billing counts active speech seconds, not idle silence

How charges are applied on Pro / Premium:

1. Included monthly Language-Hours are used first
2. Overage draws from your prepaid balance
3. Any remainder is added to your next Stripe subscription invoice

On-Demand: usage deducts from prepaid balance only.

When balance reaches zero

• On-Demand: live translation stops until you add credit or upgrade.
• Pro / Premium: you can keep recording while your subscription is active. Overage continues to bill to prepaid balance first, then to Stripe on the next invoice.

Add credit or change plans from My Account → Plan & balance (Stripe Checkout). You can also open Manage Billing & Invoices for cards and receipts after your first purchase.

Billing section

On Plan & balance you can:

Change or upgrade plan

Compare On-Demand, Pro, and Premium side by side under Available plans. Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle, then subscribe or switch with Stripe Checkout. Your current plan is marked on the cards.

Cancel or resume a subscription

1. Open My Account → Plan & balance
2. Under Billing, click Cancel subscription
3. Choose a cancellation reason (required) and confirm

You keep full access until the current period ends. An amber banner shows the cancel date. After that date you move to On-Demand.

To keep the plan, click Resume Subscription on the current plan card before the period ends.

Usage

The Usage tab shows monthly translation statistics:

• Estimated bill / pending overage (subscribers) for the selected month
• Billable language-time — sermon audio × each active language
• Covered by plan vs overage (subscribers)
• Languages used — breakdown by language
• Daily usage chart — stacked billable minutes by language
• Usage breakdown table — per-room detail (Room Name, duration, rate, and cost)
• Export CSV — download the breakdown for the selected month

Navigate between months with the previous/next arrows.

How usage is calculated

Each moment of active speech bills every language that was active at that time: the operator's output language(s) plus any viewer language with at least one connected listener.

• On-Demand and Pro overage: $4/hour per language
• Premium overage: $3/hour per language

Settings

The Settings tab holds church-wide configuration that you set once and reuse:

• Screens & Broadcast — Web Overlay URLs, Size, Send Test, and ProPresenter Direct (per room)
• Custom Dictionary — source → target terms applied to new live translation (Pro / Premium)

Sermon History remains a separate item in the top navigation. There is no My Account item in the top bar — open it from the profile dropdown. Settings is available from the tabs once you are inside My Account.
